The culinary cultural differences between Brazil and England

Cultures between Brazil and England are quite different and also eatables are very different and let us know some differences

Brazilian culinary culture

The Brazilian cuisine is the result of a mixture of European, indigenous and africans.7 The basic ingredients of the average Brazilian meal consists of rice, beans and meat. The internationally most representative dish is feijoada country. Eating habits vary from region to region. In the Northeast there is a strong African influence in cooking, especially acarajé, vatapd and pepper sauce. In the North there is the Indian influence in the use of cassava and freshwater fish. In the Southeast there are several dishes like beans and mush drover, in Minas Gerais, and the pizza in São Paulo. In the south there is a strong Italian influence, in dishes such as polenta, and also of German cuisine. The barbecue is typical of Rio Grande do Sul, which is also a very strong feature in Brazilian culture. Brazil does not have meat quality as high as in Argentina and Uruguay that stands out in this area by its geographical terrain. However, the Brazilian is a lover of good barbecue accompanied by beverages such as beer, beer making wine for other occasions.

Typical Food

feijoada

English culinary culture

1.Eat beans for breakfast

Beans, eggs, bacon, sausage, tomato and mushrooms. This is the typical English breakfast, the "full breakfast Inglês". For us Brazilians, accustomed to our roll on the plate, start the day so it's really quite strange. The good news is that people do not eat this kind of meal every day, so you can easily find the so-called "continental breakfast" with breads (not our French), croissant, processed juices, milk,
etc.

2.Rice and beans, forget it!

Although beans are common in the morning, do not think you will find restaurants selling a pf (dish made) at lunchtime. First because the beans are canned here and served with tomato sauce, ie, the taste is totally different from ours. Second, because the British are not great fans of hot noon meals. Here lunch is dominated by sandwiches and salads. All in small portions. Take a full hour lunch every day, it is also rare, eat a Sanduba in front of the computer is much more to their face.

3.Goes a milk tea?
The famous English tea is served with milk. Of course, you are not required to mix the milk if you do not, but why not try?
How you perceive the differences exist, but the important thing is to accept it with good humor.

Typical Food
Fish and chips
